6. What are the payment and cancellation terms?

Payment is required prior to your event, after we talk about all your amazing details. Our cancellation policy allows for refunds up to 100% based on the notice time of

7. What do I need to provide on the day of the event?
Answer:
Please ensure there is a safe, level area at the venue with access to electrical outlets for the simulator. We can provide a generator for power if given that information before your event. WIFI is appreciated. We also appreciate advance notice of any potential hazards or site-specific requirements. Our team will handle the setup and support throughout the event.
8. What happens in case of bad weather or unforeseen issues?

Our equipment is versatile enough for indoor and outdoor events. However, if rain is in the forecast, or more than a 12 mph wind is present on your day of booking, which would affect the integrity of the technology or the setup and safety of the experience, we will work with you to reschedule or modify the setup. Your safety and event quality are our top priorities.
